Reporting something
If a manager asks for more than six months advance, demands payment outside room.gh, or a listing shows a room that does not exist, tell us. Include the listing reference - it starts with RG and sits at the top of every room page.
Email a reportAn excess advance demand is also a breach of the Rent Act 1963 (Act 220), and can be reported to Rent Control directly at rentcontrol.mwh.gov.gh. We will help you put the complaint together. What the law says.

Listing is free and takes about fifteen minutes. If you get stuck partway through, email us rather than starting again.
