Rooms go in days,
not weeks.

The students who get the good ones are the ones who hear first. Save a search and we will tell you the morning a room appears near your campus.

How does it work?

Step 1

Find a room

Filter by walking distance to your campus, price, water and power. Every listing shows what it costs, how many months advance is asked, and how that compares to the median near your campus.

Step 2

Reserve it

Pay your advance. It is held, not handed over. The room is taken off the market for you while you arrange to move in.

Step 3

Get the keys

Visit the room. If it matches the listing, you confirm and the manager is paid. If it does not, your money stays where it is and we take it up with them. You get a receipt either way.

For students

You should not have to find a room by walking the hostel strip in the sun, asking strangers, and hoping the person collecting your money owns the building. Search from your phone, see real prices, and know what you are agreeing to before you pay.

Find a room

For hostel managers

Reach students before the semester starts, without paying an agent a cut. Listing is completely free. You keep control of your prices and your rooms, and you get paid as soon as your tenant confirms they have moved in.
